Hexagram Statement
疏 Kong Yingda's Subcommentary
Translation
' Through this there is auspiciousness and pervasion. This hexagram represents the utmost of pervasion, yet the four virtues are not all present. When things are greatly pervading, they often lose their proper measure; therefore it cannot possess the Sublime Beginning, Benefit, and Correctness.
This is why the Image speaks of 'regulating and completing' and 'assisting and complementing' — hence the four virtues are not all present.
