Hexagram Statement
疏 Kong Yingda's Subcommentary
Translation
The Correct Meaning states: Da Zhuang (Great Vigor) is the hexagram name. Zhuang (vigor) means strength and flourishing. Since yang is called "great," and when yang lines have grown to become many, the great is vigorously strong—hence it is called Great Vigor.
"Benefit in Correctness" is the hexagram's virtue. "
